Seasonal Property Caretaker

P&E is now seeking a property caretaker for Kalmar over the summer. As a property caretaker, you will work independently, take responsibility, and contribute to well-maintained properties. The role is varied, focusing on service and property maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

Your main job responsibilities include:

• Working with the external maintenance and cleaning of properties.
• Carrying out corrective maintenance and preventive work in and around the properties through rounds, receiving, and executing maintenance requests.

Experience and Education

We are looking for someone with experience working in properties as a property caretaker or in a similar role. You are used to working independently and are an outgoing person. You have a well-developed ability to express yourself clearly in both spoken and written Swedish. A B driver's license is required.

Personal Attributes

You will be our face to the public by being visible and available to our clients daily. You are reliable, engaged, structured, and have good collaboration skills with both clients and colleagues. You are easy to understand and communicate in a responsive and humble manner. We place great importance on personal suitability.
